What the Role Is

The Data Team at Babylist powers data-driven decision-making across every aspect of the company’s business. As a product function, we focus on three core aspects of data: engineering, analysis, and data science. We are seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer to take a leadership role in designing, building, and scaling our core data platform and data products. This role is pivotal in driving company-wide data strategy and ensuring our data infrastructure supports impactful, scalable, and future-proof business outcomes.

You are a proactive, solution-oriented data leader who thrives on solving complex data challenges. You excel at building scalable data solutions, mentoring others, and driving cross-functional collaboration. You have a track record of influencing strategic decision-making and aligning technical solutions with long-term business priorities. Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

The estimated pay range for this role is $158,945.00 - $233,625.00

In addition, Babylist offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including company paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
