Leveraging our collective backgrounds and insights, we are now crafting an innovative, new consumer app - a healthcare companion experience that further improves outcomes for people with chronic conditions. We are doing so by filling a critical gap: helping patients to manage their chronic conditions and general health at home, while providing a bridge to their care team between visits.
The Head of Implementation will ensure each partner implementation runs smoothly across workstreams and partners. They will create and evolve our implementation playbook to deliver simple and successful customer setups. Their excellent communication and organizational skills allow them to easily navigate both external partners and internal team relationships. They help our subject matter experts, software engineers and data analysts focus on the most critical tasks of an implementation. They track details, motivate teams, and maintain consensus to ensure we deliver timely, quality implementations.

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $187,300 to $228,900. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, and skillset.
